Cornelia Harris Banks, currently residing in Galveston, Texas, has built a life rich in education, professional achievement, and community service. Her
educational journey began at Holy Rosary Catholic School within the Galveston Independent School District, where she completed her grade school through high school education. She then pursued higher education at Pepperdine University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a
Master of Science in School Management and Administration.

Cornelia’s professional career is marked by diverse roles in education and administration. She started as a Science Laboratory Assistant at the University of Texas Medical School and went on to become an educator in the
Galveston Independent School District. Her career further advanced when she took on the role of School Administrator in the Los Angeles Unified School
District. Cornelia also served as an Alternative School Administrator with the United States National Guard, demonstrating her versatility and
commitment to education.
